ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Head of Human Resources, you will play a strategic role in supporting the company's growth and success by ensuring effective HR practices and programs. You will act as a trusted business partner, providing HR expertise and guidance to various departments and teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Strategic HR Planning:

  • Collaborate with operations to identify strategic staffing needs and develop action plans to address current and future requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR plans, tactics, and projects that support the company's growth and success.
  • Communicate changes in HR policies and practices to relevant teams and departments.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Develop and implement competitive compensation and reward plans that support sales, growth, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation laws and regulations.
  • Manage cash compensation programs and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Design and deliver compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Enhance the company's employer brand to attract and engage top talent.

Employee Relations & Development:

  • Address employee concerns and provide support and guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Facilitate employee learning and development initiatives, including training, succession planning, and career development.
  • Manage investigations for employment-related claims to ensure compliance with internal policies and external laws.

Team Leadership:

  • Oversee and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Make effective staffing decisions and ensure the team is equipped to deliver exceptional HR services.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, with internal clients to identify business needs and recommend HR solutions .
  • 3+ years of experience leading HR teams, managing complex HR programs, leading cash compensation programs within or across divisions of a multinational company, including the execution of complex, multi-year changes to compensation practices and programs; manage cash compensation compliance issues, policy development, and implementation of new compliance policies to meet state, national, and regional governing laws.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws in Cambodia and Laos.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in using HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS, applicant tracking systems, Workdays, SAP SuccessFactors).
