ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Group Marketing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the marketing efforts across the entire group. You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, manage a team of marketing professionals, and ensure brand consistency and effectiveness, and oversee marketing initiatives for various business units.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Brand Management: Build and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, public relations, and traditional advertising.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and provide marketing support to drive sales growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing and senior leadership roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in marketing analytics and data analysis tools.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
