ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Group Marketing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the marketing efforts across the entire group. You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, manage a team of marketing professionals, and ensure brand consistency and effectiveness, and oversee marketing initiatives for various business units.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Brand Management: Build and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
• Campaign Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, public relations, and traditional advertising.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and provide marketing support to drive sales growth.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing and senior leadership roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in marketing analytics and data analysis tools.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
