ABOUT THE JOB

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO

• Ensure that all processes and products comply with Halal standards and guidelines set by relevant certifying bodies and Islamic authorities
• Laboratory Management, Laboratory measuring Calibration
• Establishment, implementation, maintenance, and update Micro, RM Quality Monitoring Plan
• Customer and Consumer Complaint Handling
• Supplier Quality Management
• Ingredients Batching Control
• Conduct receiving test for Goods received from supplier
• Review an artwork of packaging materials
• Establishment, implementation, maintenance, and update validation process and protocol
• Handle all non-conformance issues of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products and prepare the report.

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science & Technology or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience & knowledge in GLP/GMP/HACCP/ISO 9001/ISO 22000/FSSC 22000/HALAL
• Muslim candidate is required
• Good Laboratory Practices
• Good understanding of food processes & beverages
• Self-motivated, able to work independently & in a team
• Good analytical skills
• Good problem-solving
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Knowledge of Microsoft office and SAP is a plus
• Good in writing and speaking English
