ABOUT THE ROLE:

A Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging real estate content, managing social media platforms, producing videos and photos, writing marketing materials, and promoting properties to attract potential clients and strengthen brand awareness.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Create and edit engaging real estate videos, photos, and short-form content for social media platforms
• Write compelling property descriptions, captions, and marketing materials aligned with the brand image
• Plan, schedule, and manage weekly content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Conduct or assist with property walkthrough videos and showcase property highlights effectively
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and real estate market movements
• Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally
• Track content performance, analyze engagement metrics, and improve content strategies accordingly

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• 1+ year experience in content creation
• Skilled in photo/video shooting & editing
• Creative for Facebook, TikTok & Instagram content
• Skills in photo/video shooting and editing
• Good communication & teamwork skills
