ABOUT THE ROLE:
The CHRO will lead company-wide HR strategy, drive key people initiatives, and strengthen HR operations to support business goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop and manage the annual staffing plan and HR budget.
• Provide strategic HR guidance in recruitment, performance, and organizational changes.
• Lead succession planning and talent development for key roles.
• Oversee cost-effective training and development programs.
• Optimize HR processes and team structure for better service delivery.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business and employee needs.
• Support senior leadership hiring and onboarding.
• Strengthen the employer brand to attract and retain talent.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and lead internal HR communications.
• Build and lead a high-performing HR team.

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of HR experience, with leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in C&B, talent acquisition, and L&D.
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership and team management ability.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
