Our client is a leading real estate investment company in Cambodia, offering a diverse range of housing options and running actively developing projects in various locations across Cambodia.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for finding and securing new business in property sales, leasing, management, and development. The role focuses on driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s real estate portfolio.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to support company growth objectives.
• Evaluate project feasibility, including cost, risk, and ROI analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
• Manage sales pipelines, prepare accurate forecasts, and report results to management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on targeted campaigns to attract and retain clients.
  
  

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
• 5–8 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, investment cycles, and property types.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver revenue growth.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, research tools, and Microsoft Office (Power BI is a plus).
  Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
