ABOUT THE ROLE:
A Building Attendant ensures building safety, monitors CCTV, reports issues to the team leader, assists customers, handles urgent situations, and performs assigned duties across afternoon and night shifts.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Monitor and ensure building safety.
Monitor all CCTV equipment in the building management system room.
Report all information related to customer requests to the department head to find solutions.
Assist in resolving various urgent situations.
Help guide and provide directions to customers within the building.
Perform monthly work duties and tasks assigned by the team leader.
Report all technical issues to the team leader.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
1-2 years of experience in customer service, security, or the hotel industry.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate and write both in Khmer and English.
Strong problem-solving skills.
