ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a strategic role where the Advanced Analytics Lead acts as a business partner to various stakeholders, translating business needs into data-driven solutions. The role requires someone with strong analytical expertise, storytelling skills, and a passion for delivering measurable business value from data.

• Act as a strategic analytics business partner by understanding business strategies, priorities, and pain points, and converting them into high-impact analytical solutions
• Independently lead the development and implementation of advanced statistical models and quantitative analyses to solve complex business problems
• Deliver actionable insights through storytelling, visualizations, and trend identification, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions
• Communicate the business impact of analytics use cases to both local and global stakeholders, promoting a data-driven culture across the organization
• Measure and report the business value and effectiveness of implemented analytical solutions
• Define and support the company’s analytics roadmap, working to improve data literacy and analytics capability across teams
• Drive engagement and user adoption of analytics tools by creating relevant training materials and leading data education initiatives

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data mining, forecasting, and classification techniques
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python or R; and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Analytics Services is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical insights in business terms
• Background in FMCG or Banking industry is preferred
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
