Our client is a leading real estate investment company in Cambodia, offering a diverse range of  housing options and running actively developing projects in various locations across Cambodia.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Accounting Manager oversees all financial operations within a key business unit. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial records, preparing insightful financial statements, and providing critical financial guidance to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL) ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow) and manage all closing activities, including reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and strong understanding of internal controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (English and Khmer).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
