ABOUT THE ROLE

The Accountant ensures financial precision and regulatory compliance to support the company’s strategic fiscal health.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prepare and present financial statements like the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement. 
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess profitability, and make recommendations to management for improving profits and reducing costs. 
• Develop and manage budgets, and create financial forecasts. 
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and maintain accurate financial records. 
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements, prepare and file tax returns, and conduct internal audits. 
• Provide financial information and advice to management, and assist with external audits. 

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with accounting software like QuickBooks is a plus.
• Good communication skills in both English and Khmer are essential.
